ATLANTA, GA – Liberty Counsel filed its opening brief to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of the Dustin Inman Society (DIS) and its late founder and president, D.A. King, appealing a lower court decision that determined there was a lack of evidence that the Southern Poverty Law Center’s (SPLC) “anti-immigrant hate group” label was assigned to DIS with “actual malice.”

It has surfaced in the news that a Vatican investigation is presently underway to officially determine the validity of Pope Benedict XVI’s resignation in 2013. This has been confirmed by the Vatican’s Office of the Promoter of Justice, which is responsible for conducting criminal investigations for the tribunal of the Vatican City State. Professor Allesandro Diddi who heads the office, is spearheading this move in the wake of widespread allegations that Benedict XVI never renounced his papal office or munus. And of course, if he didn’t renounce his office it would mean that Francis was never a pope.

President Trump made a decision to deal with Iran, a decision his predecessors would not make. They kicked the can for so long that you couldn't recognize it anymore, and the problem only got worse.

It made little difference when Iran killed 241 Marines, sailors, soldiers, and civilians in Beirut. So what if Iran executed 30,000 of their citizens for offenses any other country would consider trivial... adultery, homosexuality, apostasy, blasphemy, or fornication? Who is concerned that they executed 40,000+ protesters recently due to their political dissent?

The Virginia election regarding restructuring their electoral districts map is one of the strongest arguments against direct democracy in recent history. It also argues strongly against vote-by-mail schemes. If the results survive a court challenge, one of the most partisan redistrictings ever will be implemented.

What we call western civilization has its roots in the cultures of western Europe. The hard rock foundation of western civilization originates from the Judeo-Christian values as recorded in the Christian Bible. These are undeniable truths.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has been indicted with 11 felony counts in a decade-long fraud and money‑laundering scheme involving the covert payment of individuals tied to white supremacist and extremist organizations.

The United Nations has continued its dismal record of providing cover for the barbaric Islamist Iranian regime. This time it was the UN’s 54-nation Economic and Social Council’s turn. Ignoring the regime’s recent massacres of many thousands of its own unarmed citizens, it nominated the regime to serve on a UN committee that will be addressing human rights, gender equality, and terrorism prevention. Canada, France, Spain, Norway, the Netherlands, Australia, and the United Kingdom went along with this travesty. Only the United States objected.

I was never a huge award show person, but there was a time when shows like the Oscars were enjoyable to watch. It’s hard to believe now, but there was a time when a three-hour awards show had nothing to do with politics and focused only on the movies and the actors and actresses involved.

These are not just the elderly or traditional vagrants, but a growing wave of young graduates, laid-off workers, and migrant laborers crushed by sky-high youth unemployment (still hovering near 17% officially, with real figures likely higher), stagnant wages, unaffordable urban housing, and a collapsing job market amid economic decline.

While the CCP boasts of “prosperity” and “common prosperity,” reality tells a different story: young people who once dreamed of a better future are now forced to “lie flat,” deliver food on scooters, or huddle on sidewalks just to survive. The regime’s policies — from zero-COVID fallout to crackdowns on private enterprise and massive debt — have left an entire generation without hope or shelter.

This is the true face of life under CCP rule: 民不聊生 (the people have no means to live). The propaganda cannot hide the human cost any longer. The world needs to see the suffering of China’s youth and the failure of authoritarian control.

WASHINGTON D.C. – Last week, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. testified to Congress that the Biden administration blocked Christian couples from fostering children.

Secretary Kennedy testified that Biden officials imposed a 2024 HHS rule that required prospective foster parents to support LGBTQ identities as a condition for federal funding for foster care programs nationwide. Secretary Kennedy noted the policy “dramatically constricted the pool of available parents” for children in need of good homes. His testimony was part of the HHS’ efforts to roll back these restrictions.
