Talking heads from both sides of the political aisle think they have it all figured out about the changes of leadership at the Homeland Security Department and the Justice Department. Guesses and rumors seem to carry the day without knowing the actual facts of the matter. President Trump and those two fantastic leaders are the only ones who know the facts.
Changing leadership at the cabinet level is a very common action in all Executive Branch departments under most administrations. There have been massive changes in both Homeland Security and Justice since those leaders were confirmed by the Senate. In all respects, in my opinion, Noem and Bondi did excellent jobs of advancing those departments from what they were under Biden to what they are today. That fact should be recognized and roundly applauded.
As most businessmen know, and most politicians don’t know or more likely ignore, progress often takes a new set of eyes (or leadership) to advance the organization to the next level. Both Homeland Security and particularly Justice needs more ass kicking and name taking, to clean up the evil corruptocrats left over from the Obama and the Biden criminal enterprise administrations. Do you remember how both the Obama and Biden administrations used the Justice and Treasury departments against their political opponents? I sure do!
President Trump has been masterful in putting the right people in the right jobs at the right time. Every change seen by the people who have Trump living in their brain rent-free (aka Trump Derangement Syndrome), try to put a negative spin on anything and everything President Trump does. They are failing miserably and have been wrong every time they tried it. That is why street level Democrat voters don’t approve of the 2026 anti-American Socialist Democrat Party bosses’ positions on most of the things Trump is doing. Common sense is more common with Democrat voters than with party bosses.
There is some serious kicking ass and taking names (aka accountability) needed throughout the federal government. Hopefully we will see this under the new leadership of the Homeland Security and Justice departments
