The Red Button

No to plans to send Polish soldiers to Ukraine, where hundreds of thousands of young Ukrainians have already died and where there is a shortage of fresh cannon fodder. WE SAY NO!

During the inauguration of the academic year at the Military Academy of Land Forces in Wrocław, the Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army, General Wiesław Kukuła, said: “Everything indicates that we are the generation that will stand up in arms to defend our country. And neither I, nor any of you, intend to lose this war. We will win it, we will return and we will continue to build Poland”

This arrogant statement fits into the narrative common in Poland and the Western countries of “freedom and democracy” associated with the NATO pact. Poles have been hearing similar announcements and threats for many months, or rather for two years of conducting military operations in Ukraine. They’ve been told Russia is weak and there is no reason to worry. NATO is strong, Ukraine wins and is in charge. The propaganda and manipulation is equally arrogant, no matter who’s making a public comment: the Speaker of the Polish Parliament, Szymon Hołownia, announced in a public speech that “we will crush Putin into the ground. Sooner or later he will end up where he should end up. Behind bars or in a cemetery”. Similarly aggressive are the statements of the Prime Minister, President, Minister of National Defense and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radoslaw Sikorski, who announced that “shooting down Russian missiles over Ukraine is a Polish duty”(!)

Polish politicians do not represent the interests of Poland, they are puppets led by the “Deep State” and other “leaders of the world”. Even during the rule of the previous government of the “Law and Justice” party, which was considered a patriotic option acting in the interest of Poland, it was announced that “Poland is the servant of Ukraine” and since then the administrators of the country on the Vistula river have been faithful to this declaration. “Law and Justice” has completely failed its voters and followers, and the current coalition of centrist and leftist parties is pursuing an even more destructive and dangerous policy for Poland.

Propaganda convinces Poles that we are a significant member of the NATO alliance, strong partners that matter, but Poland is treated instrumentally, as a pawn in a war game, the stakes of which may be the destruction of the entire world. The very dangerous, deepening conflict in the Middle East only worsens this dramatic situation. The worst can be expected, as confirmed by Minister Sikorski's call for Polish citizens to immediately leave Iran, as well as other Middle Eastern countries. NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT PEACE TALKS, IT IS A TABOO TOPIC, OVERLOOKED BY ALL POLITICIANS, THE MEDIA, AND ALSO BY THE SOCIETY MANIPULATED BY PROPAGANDA.

Americans treat Poland like a colony, they are conducting aggressive, offensive actions against the nuclear power that is Russia. No one knows what military equipment has been brought to Poland, endangering the lives of Poles, the vast majority of whom are against the suicidal war that propaganda and powerless politicians are trying to convince us of. It is already obvious today that the war in Ukraine has become a proxy war of the United States with Russia. More and more countries are being deceitfully drawn into the conflict, the strings of which are being pulled from across the ocean.

President Zelensky reported that 31,000 Ukrainian soldiers have died in the two years of the war. According to independent sources, the truth is however downright shocking: there is talk of nearly half a million dead, only on the Ukrainian side. There is no one left to fight. The statement of the Polish Minister of Defense Kosiniak-Kamysz clearly indicates that Poland is to fill this “human resources” gap. Donald Tusk supports him, informing the public with a grave face that Poland must fulfill the most difficult duty from “time immemorial”.

Aggressive, downright crazy statements, provoking Russia, which according to propaganda intends to conquer all of Europe, do not result from stupidity and independent initiative. Polish politicians repeat what most of the “leaders of the free world” say. Former NATO head Jens Stoltenberg said recently: “If there’s anything I in a way regret and see much more clearly now is that we should have provided Ukraine with much more military support much earlier, I think we all have to admit, we should have given them more weapons pre-invasion.”

His successor Mark Rutte, speaking to Zelensky is repeating the same, war-mongering declarations: “So Allies agreed at the NATO Summit in Washington this summer to make sure we could provide you with more – more equipment, more training, more support.” Which means: No more peace talks - more death.

Poles must quickly open their eyes, blinded by propaganda, and realize how great a danger we face. We cannot agree to a policy of inciting a war that cannot even be won, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE RUSSIA IS A NUCLEAR POWER. Poland is treated by globalists, playing war games far from their own country and home, as a crumple zone. It is time to oppose this, time to save the lives and future of not only Poles. Expanding the war zone beyond Ukraine means starting World War III. WE CANNOT WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE PUSHES THE RED BUTTON! NO TO WAR IN POLAND. No to plans to send Polish soldiers to Ukraine, where hundreds of thousands of young Ukrainians have already died and where there is a shortage of fresh cannon fodder. WE SAY NO!

Alek Rybczynski, CFP's Poland Reporter——

I am a Polish Canadian poet, writer, journalist, editor and videographer. I have published many poetry books, and received prestigious awards, including best poetry book debut in Poland. In Canada, I  published the literary and arts magazine “Oceanic Letter” for almost ten years. Now I am publisher and editor-in-chief of the online magazine Polska Canada. I interviewed Nobel Prize winner Joseph Brodsky, Canadian composer Marjan Mozetich and many others. My journalism is devoted to subjects silenced in the mainstream media. I have written articles on Freedom Convoy for readers in Poland, and I am publishing summaries of uncovered news which matters to our freedoms and fight against a liberal, globalist agenda and political correctness narrative. In 2018 together with Canadians Captains Barry and Matt Sheehy and Paul Sheehy I went to Poland, invited by Polish Government officials, to honour Polish and Canadian soldiers, who fought in WWII. I have made a video, documenting the trip.

Right now I am in Poland for personal reasons, but also to cover the dangerous pro-war propaganda and Poland’s involvement in the conflict in Ukraine. I would love to contribute to Canadian independent media coverage of the complex situation in Europe, and share my experiences with my fellow Canadians. I am thinking of short video presentations and brief articles, written from the point of view of a Polish Canadian, who has roots in European culture.
