The world is watching in horror as America goes up in flames. Arson, looting, violence, caused by the death of one black man at the hands of a white cop in a place called Minneapolis. We outsiders recall previous problems in cities like Baltimore, Ferguson and Los Angeles. There have also been race riots in Chicago and Detroit.
