Cap Black: Moving your vehicle with officers engaging you can be interpreted as using a multi-ton machine as a weapon. Not a very sustainable strategy--as we've seen recently in Minneapolis, Minnesota during a viral 'anti-ICE' protest.
Better to put vehicle in park and see where the stop is headed. Otherwise, it's a roll of the dice by rolling anywhere near law enforcement officers attempting to question or arrest you.
