FORT BRAGG, NC – Yesterday, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced on the social media platform X that a Fort Bragg kindergarten teacher who had subjected children to sexually inappropriate and disturbing behavior has been fired. Following the announcement, the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) today sent a letter to Liberty Counsel stating it had “severed the employment relationship” with the teacher and that the “individual no longer has access” to Fort Bragg. The letter is a response to Liberty Counsel’s February 9 demand letter requesting removal of this teacher from any contact with children.
