After nearly four years of failure as the leader of the free world, Joe Biden even failed to arrive on time at the United Nations General Assembly to deliver his final address as U.S. president to the world body on September 24th.
President Biden began his speech recalling his own long career in public service, which he said has taught him that "every age faces its challenges" but has managed to overcome them. Reflecting on today’s multiple global challenges, President Biden said “Things can get better. We should never forget that. I've seen that throughout my career."
